Cromwell Group Holdings Ltd endeavours to direct resource candidates wherever possible and therefore does not welcome direct sales contact or speculatively sent candidates CVs to our branch network or Head Office.
In the rare occasions that third party assistance is required, Cromwell and subsidiaries operates a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) for both our head office and branch network recruitment. There is no current requirement to extend this PSL though you are welcome to send across details of your company to email@example.com.
Cromwell and subsidiaries does not accept speculative CVs from any source and will not accept any terms relating to unsolicited CVs sent from unapproved suppliers direct to our business.
We refer all suppliers to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, in particular to Regulation 17 where it provides that before the first time an agency or employment business provides services to a hirer, other than the provision of information in the form of a publication, it must agree with the hirer the terms and conditions which apply or will apply between them.
For Cromwell this means all recruitment suppliers must agree to and sign Cromwell’s Agency Supplier Terms and Conditions in agreement with Cromwell’s Human Resource department before supplying services to any department or branch. Any suppliers attempting to send unsolicited CVs to Cromwell will be deemed to be in contravention of the Regulations.
