Annual Leave

Initial holiday entitlement on commencement is 29 days per annum, subject to start date, rising to a maximum of 34 days accrued on length of service. (Inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro rata for Part Time employees)

Pension, Retirement benefits & Life Assurance

All employees are eligible to join and contribute to a Group Personal Pension Scheme upon successfully joining our team permanently. After a qualifying period Cromwell will also contribute Employer contributions and will provide Life Assurance for all participants in the scheme

Eye Care Benefit

For all employees who habitually use VDUs as a significant part of their normal work, Cromwell work with Specsavers to offer periodical free eye examinations and a contribution towards the purchase of glasses if required

Healthcare Schemes

All Cromwell employees are eligible to join a contributory Healthcare scheme operated by Westfield Health that offers multiple levels of cover for employee and spouse. For certain senior roles Cromwell offers a Private Healthcare benefit in association with Simply Health

Childcare Vouchers

Cromwell offer ‘Childcare Vouchers’ via Computershare as an employee benefit to all eligible working parents, which can be used for all types of registered childcare such as day nurseries, nannies, crèches, child minders and out of school clubs. This scheme offers a non-taxable and non-NI saving to working parents and could offer a financial benefit of over £2000 per family, per year

Training and Development

We are committed to developing our people and have a fantastic track record of career progression across the group with many of our Senior Managers and Directors first starting their Cromwell careers at a junior level
To assist with career progression we offer support to staff to study for professional qualifications relevant to their job and we have provided NVQ training to our Head Office Logistics Team

All Cromwell offices and branches have ample free parking spaces available for employees

Fleet Vehicles

In those positions where a car is provided, such as field sales roles, these will generally be a fully maintained company vehicle available for both business and private use. Fuel expenditure will be via a company fuel card with private usage reimbursed retrospectively

Mobile Telephones

The company provides mobile phones for Managers, external sales people and others as deemed necessary by their role
