Our legal and compliance team partner with all areas of the organisation to enable the growth of the business and enhance the Cromwell brand.  The team provides practical commercial support and solutions by putting the customer at the centre of everything they do.  

The function is responsible for:

• legal guidance and support for all business areas including on commercial contracts, corporate, employment, real estate
• data privacy 
• ethics programme management 
• risk management guidance
• quality through driving the ISO9001 standard 
• environmental through the ISO14001 standard 
• health and safety and the 18001 standard 
• product compliance support 
• internal audit and governance 

The team are trusted business partners and are laser focused on delivering the Cromwell strategy through an approach of continuous support and improvement. 

Security and Loss Preventation

Supporting the business with security and loss prevention advice to reduce loss and keep our team members safe. This area also provides security travel advice for our team members travelling globally on business.

A large aspect is as an investigative response to all suspected breaches of our security protocol and provide legal advice.
