Transactional Services - Accounts Payable and Financial Services 

In our Financial Service team responsibilities includes raising invoices, taking payments, posting and allocating cash received to customer’s accounts and dealing with customer queries to ensure collection of all debt owed to the business. This area works with the wider business, in particular our sales, customer service and branch teams, to ensure the Company is paid on time and we maintain excellent customer service given this is a high profile customer facing team. In Accounts Payable the team are responsible for processing invoices and paying suppliers, as well as dealing with supplier and business queries and maintaining a strong partnership with our suppliers.  

Tax 

Responsible for the Company's tax compliance, tax planning, accounting for income taxes and preparation of tax returns. The team ensures we comply with all necessary tax legislation and deal with HMRC for both direct and indirect taxation, whilst also supporting our overseas businesses.

Financial Control

Responsibilities include managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts and publishing financial statements. The team take ownership of overseeing accounting operations, analysing financial data, monitoring expenditure, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information

Financial Planning and Analysis

The team partner with leaders within the organisation to prepare budgets and forecasts, and to track progress throughout the year. Through their analysis they are able to provide added value insights to drive strategic decisions and support the improvement of all aspects of our operations. Building a strong working relationship with the leaders across our organisation is essential in this team.

Marketing

Our Marketing team is split between Public Relations and Direct Marketing, Production and Creative.

Responsible for the creation of a variety of collateral for the company, including the annual Cromwell Industrial Supplies and other catalogues produced during the year. 

We also produce posters, flyers and other promotional material to support the company around the world, as well as designing all packaging artwork and own brand identity.
