We do much more than just provide products, our team’s partner with customers to understand their needs and provide the right mix of products, services and solutions. You'll do it all with help from the latest sales tools and technology. 

Responsible for the generation and maintenance of sales to our customer organisations and the individuals within.  Proactively promoting the product portfolio and our famous four categories

We’ll give you the freedom to make a difference as the primary point of contact for our customers. You’ll negotiate extensions to their current contracts and use your entrepreneurial sales ability to add value to the relationship. Our technical experts will help you provide tailored solutions. 

We’re always looking for problem solvers with a strong, demonstrable track record in B2B sales who build effective relationships. You must be able to organise your time and priorities, and have the tenacity to find win-win solutions. You’ll be collaborating with various stakeholders so excellent interpersonal skills are also required.

National Business Development Management team 

We identify and help to develop strategic relationships, and gain new customers for the business. We assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct/indirect customer contact and prospecting in addition to ensuring an effortless experience for the customer.”

National Accounts is responsible for large single-site or multi-site customers with complex needs. The team work in conjunction with our regional teams to ensure our customer service offering allows them to simplify and streamline purchasing reducing total procurement costs,  responsible for large single-site or multi-site customers with complex needs.

The National Accounts team operates on a 'solution based' philosophy. We know that each customer has a different set of needs and priorities, which we listen and respond to accordingly.

We look to further enhance our overall service and support to our national customers, and ensure our offering is aligned to the branch network - delivering an enhanced cross branch customer experience.

Our Sales Effectiveness team provides the organisation with the tools and information they need to effectively carry out their responsibilities and drive sales growth. 

The team takes responsibility for the quality and content of our sales and customer data, maintaining high quality CRM & BI platforms, along with analytical, data-gathering and data-cleanse services to provide to the front line sellers and sales management teams.
